Application and Forms

- Building Permit Applications need to be completed with all the required information, returned to City Hall for review, you will then get notified of the cost and contacted when ready to pick up.

- Electrical Permits can be obtained from the State of Minnesota.
2026 Golf Cart Permits
- The cost is a $20 application fee plus $5 for shipping.

The City of Breezy Point will be accepting applications for 2026 plot reservations according to the table below.

The City of Breezy Point is accepting applications for short-term rentals.

- A short term rental license is required for any home, cabin, condominium, or similar building that is advertised as, or held out to be, a place where sleeping quarters are furnished to the public on a nightly, weekly, or for less than a 30-day period
- This does not include bed and breakfast, resort, timeshare unit, hotel, or motel
- Any unit renting for a 30-day period or longer is does not need a short term rental license.
