On this page you will find information, images, and helpful tips regarding the operations and maintenance of the City's Community Garden. This page is currently in development and further information on this new amenity will be provided as we progress.
The first season has come to a close, and we would like to thank all gardeners for making the first year a success! Below is information for the 2026 season. Please be sure to review the guidelines and contact us if you have any questions.
2026 Plot Reservation
Applications for garden plots will be accepted according to the table below, with priority given to Breezy Point Property Owners. Each application is limited to one plot per property owner, at this time. All assignments will be made by May 1.

- Resident: $40.00
- Non-Resident: $50.00
To reserve your plot:

- Create an account

- You will be contacted about your plot assignment by May 1, 2026
Apply and Pay in Person
- Complete the application below
- Send to deputyclerk [at] cityofbreezypointmn.us (deputyclerk[at]cityofbreezypointmn[dot]us) or drop off at City Hall during the application window
- Make payment via phone or in person
- You will be contacted about your plot assignment by May 1, 2026
- If you do not apply on the portal, you can not submit online payments
