The Breezy Point City Council approved an ordinance specifying rules and regulations in the City's Public Park or Recreational Facilities.
The rules apply to:
- Disc Golf Course (Monarch Trail and Agate Pass)
- Public Beach
- Four Seasons Trail
- Fishing Pier
- Breezy Point Drive Park
Below are the rules and regulations enforceable by law. The ordinance can be found a the bottom of the page.
Violations of any provision in this ordinance may result in an administrative citation.
Public Recreational Areas are open as follows:
- Disc Golf Course: 8:00am-8:00pm
- Public Beach: 10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.
- All Other areas open 6:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. or sunset, whichever is later
No alcoholic beverages, as defined by Chapter 110 of the City Code shall be allowed in any public recreational area.
Smoking as defined by Minn. State Statute 144.413, subd. 4, is prohibited in all public recreational areas.
- All animals must be under control and directly supervised while in any public recreational areas.
- Only service dogs allowed.
No person, other than City personnel, shall drive or operate a motorized vehicle in public recreational area except on roads or trails specifically designed for such travel.
