Officer Nicholas Salvevold started his career in law enforcement with the City of Deerwood Minnesota as a part-time patrol officer. Officer Salvevold also worked with the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s office as a full-time Correctional Officer in the County Jail. Officer Salvevold was born in Southern Minnesota but has spent most of his life in Crow Wing County and graduated from Pequot Lakes High School. Officer Salvevold conducted his schooling at Central Lakes College where he earned his Natural Resources Law Enforcement Degree. In his free time, Officer Salvevold enjoys hunting, fishing, and many other outdoor activities.
